Multi X’s Lightly Smoked Salmon Portion is a READY TO COOK product that is easy and quick to prepare and doesn’t need any additional seasoning. It can be paired with multiple sides. Everything starts with Atlantic Salmon skin-on portions cured with nothing but salt. Then the fillets are cold smoked under a traditional and artisanal process to achieve a mild smoky flavor. The product is packaged in a multipack for restaurant and retail use.
