Collaborating with renowned entities like the Freedom Fund's Hotspot Program, the ILO's Ship to Shore Rights, and CP Foods, she orchestrates efforts to promote the protection of worker rights.
Nattaya actively engages in community outreach, organizing mobile clinic services and radio broadcasts to disseminate crucial health information and migrant welfare support. She also conducts training sessions for migrant workers, empowering them with essential skills and knowledge.
Her contributions have garnered recognition, earning accolades such as the "Human Trafficking Prevention Worker of the Year 2018" by the Ministry of Social Development and Human Security, Songkhla Province.
