Oyster Challenge

Oyster enthusiasts and skilled chefs competed in three rounds of Oyster Shucking and Mystery box challenge of a matching dressing in the Demo Theater (stand #M37).

Master Shucker and judging panel member Adam Loo walked attendees through the lens of an oyster shucker, presenting various types of oysters and their profiles, along with his insights on oyster consumption trends. He also touched on shucking as an opening presentation.

The 2024 Oyster Challenge concluded with the team from Pan Pacific Orchard Singapore as the winners.
