Oyster Challenge

Don’t miss the live actions and witness 3 rounds of Oyster Shucking and Mystery box challenge of a matching dressing in the Demo Theater (stand #M37).

Master Shucker and member of the judging panel Adam Loo will walk us through the lens of an oyster shucker, he will present the various types of oysters and their profiles, as well as his insight on oyster consumption trends.  He will also touch on shucking as an opening presentation.
