The Product Showcase at Seafood Expo Asia is an excellent way to introduce your new products to the market and/or highlight your best products industry-wide! This is the perfect forum for prospective buyers to preview your product(s) and find your stand on the expo floor.

Follow the guidelines below to submit your Product Showcase application. DEADLINE TO APPLY: 26 July 2024

Entry Process:

Click the link below for the application form and fill in all appropriate information. Incomplete forms will not be accepted.
If you would like to display more than one item, a fee of USD 235 per item will be applied and must be paid upon submission of the application form.
All products will be displayed in the Product Showcase area, located in the exhibit hall, during the three-day event. NO products will be returned after the event.
All products must be delivered to the Product Showcase area on 3 September 2024 before noon.
For packaged products, please include 2 empty packaging and 2 marketing brochures. No refunds will be accepted.

Please Note:

The product display space is available on a first-come, first-served basis. The show organizer reserves the right to make the final decision and verify the appropriateness of product samples.
Products must be “market-ready,” meaning that buyers can place an order at the event if they wish to.
The organizer will not be responsible for any loss, damage or destruction to your product display.
NO REFUNDS.

A few key elements of the Product Showcase:

Product display – this is open to all exhibitors, with one complimentary product per exhibitor. We accept a variety of product types. Additional entries after the first complimentary entry are available at an additional fee.
For top of mind attention and to stand out even further from the crowd, you can also take advantage of poster display opportunities available at an additional fee.

How will the Product Showcase benefit buyers?

Buyers need information to help them with their purchase decision. The Product Showcase provides information that will enrich their knowledge, as well as an opportunity to visualize different product offerings. Buyers get the chance to study, compare and also be motivated to contact you at your booth for quotations and to place orders.

FREE exposure! Your first entry is complimentary!
Increased visibility! Buyers need inspiration and ideas! Introduce them to your best products.
We direct buyers to you! A tend card with your name & stand number will be displayed alongside your product.

Eligibility

All Seafood Expo Asia 2024 exhibitors are eligible
Exhibitors can submit any of their best products (All items are subject to organizer’s approval.)
All entered products will be displayed on the Expo floor for the entire three-day event.
Products must be “market-ready,” meaning that buyers can place an order at the event if they wish to.
